2. Your Use of Our Services

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2.1 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or for any fraudulent or malicious purposes. You may not use our services to track keywords for spamming, harassment, or any other activities that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

2.2 Content and Image Usage

Our app allows users to scan and analyze products to generate health scores. Users grant us permission to store and process photos of products uploaded to our service. While we maintain these images on our servers, we do not claim ownership of the uploaded content.

While we strive for accuracy, users acknowledge that AI-generated health scores and analysis may not always be 100% accurate or complete. Users should consult healthcare professionals and product labels for complete information about their dietary needs.

2.3 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings.

2.4 Product Analysis Limitations

Our service provides analysis based on available product information and images. The accuracy of our analysis depends on the quality of images provided and the availability of product information. We cannot guarantee complete accuracy for all products or dietary requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by us on our App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content or materials without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our services, at our sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

We encourage fair use of our services. While we strive to provide unlimited access, we reserve the right to implement reasonable limits on image uploads and scans to ensure the quality and availability of our services for all users, including those on premium plans.

Fair use includes:

• Scanning products for personal use within reasonable limits
• Using our health score analysis for informational purposes only
• Not attempting to circumvent any limitations or security measures
